These terms govern your use of Until ("the app"), provided by TK MEDIA S.à r.l.-S(RCS Luxembourg B306819). By installing or using Until you agree to these terms.
License
We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Until on iPhones associated with your Apple ID, in line with Apple's standard EULA for App Store apps.
In-app purchase
Until Pro is a non-consumable in-app purchase, payable once, with Family Sharing enabled. Apple processes the purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard refund policy. Restoring purchases on a new device is supported via the "Restore purchases" button in Settings.
No warranty
Until is provided "as is." We make our best effort to ship a tasteful, reliable utility, but the app is not certified for life-critical date calculations. Don't rely on it as your only reminder for, say, a visa expiry.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of Until is capped at the amount you paid us for the app (i.e. the price of Until Pro).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Luxembourg courts, without prejudice to your consumer rights under the law of your country of residence.
