Common questions

My countdown disappeared.

Until stores everything locally inside its app container. If you delete the app, your countdowns go with it. iOS does not back up app-container data unless iCloud Backup is on for your iPhone. We deliberately don't do iCloud sync — yet.

I bought Pro but my new iPhone shows the free tier.

Open Until → Settings → tap "Restore purchases." If you bought Pro on the same Apple ID, your unlock comes back. If you used Family Sharing, make sure the new device is signed in to the family.

Can I add iCloud sync? An Apple Watch app? A widget you don't support?

Maybe in a future version. We keep the v1 surface narrow on purpose — it's the only way to ship a calm, single-feature utility. Email us with your use case if you want it on the roadmap.

I want a refund.

Refunds for App Store purchases go through Apple. Open the App Store on iPhone, tap your avatar, tap "Purchase History," find Until, tap "Report a Problem."
