Privacy

Until is built so the entire app runs on your iPhone. We do not collect, store, transmit, or sell any of your data. There is no account to create. There is no server we can be asked to hand over.

Data we collect

None. We do not run analytics, telemetry, advertising SDKs, or crash reporters of our own.

Data on your device

Your countdowns, optional photo backgrounds, reminder offsets, and preferences live in a local file inside Until's app container. They never leave your iPhone. Deleting the app removes them.

Notifications

Until uses iOS local notifications, scheduled and delivered by your iPhone. No notification passes through any server we run.

Photos

If you choose to add a photo background to a countdown, Until reads only the photos you explicitly select. Until does not browse, index, or transmit your photo library.

In-app purchase

Until Pro is a one-time purchase processed by Apple via StoreKit. Apple is the data controller for this transaction. Apple's privacy policy applies to receipt and entitlement information. We do not receive your Apple ID, payment method, or name.

Apple crash reports

If you have opted into "Share with App Developers" in iOS Settings, Apple may share anonymized crash data with us via App Store Connect. This is controlled entirely by Apple. You can opt out anywhere in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.

Children

Until does not collect any personal data, regardless of age. The app is rated 4+.

Changes

If we ever change this — for instance to add iCloud sync — we will update this page and require an explicit opt-in. We will never silently turn on data collection.
